My “usual” was a RaRa with G&G.
Thank you Dan for bringing the sad news to my attention. In addition to all that has already been said, I admire that Bob Petrillose was an entrepreneur whose small business became an institution without also becoming a behemoth. He invented the PMP in the first place because he realized selling pizza by-the-slice often meant serving an inferior product. In forty years of operation he never sought to grow into a fleet of Hot Trucks. He enjoyed his work; his goal was not to cash out and retire on the beach. His goal was to do something well, and make a living that way.
